Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd maintains www.naavi.org, the premier cyber law portal in India. The portal started its activities under the domain name naavi.com way back in 1998 and switched over to the domain name naavi.org subsequently.
The portal was the first website in India which started on a mission to create Cyber Law Awareness in India. Accordingly, it started debate on the draft E Commerce Act 1998 as soon as it became available in India. The site continued its service after the draft Act was replaced by Information Technology Bill 1999 and organized several activities to provide valuable feedback to the Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.
Today, Naavi.org is the prime website in India where the legal history of Cyber Law in India can be traced.
Recognizing the need for spreading Cyber Law Awareness amongst the masses and local small business units such as Cyber Cafes, Naavi started a portal in Kannada as an experimental measure. This was part of the "Karnataka Cyber Law Awareness Movement" which Naavi undertook to take Cyber Law awareness beyond the metros.
"Cyberlaws For CxO" is an e-News Letter published by Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd with the objective of discussing the issues of Cyber Laws relevant to the managers in the corporate world.
