He has also been the head of FINHANS, the Financial Advertising Division of RKSWAMY/BBDO for nearly a decade upto around 2000. Vijayashankar has been a specialist in Corporate Finance during his Banking tenure and with his Marketing and HR exposure, is a well rounded Management Consultant.

Sri R.Nambi was formerly a Merchant Banker in Canara Bank. He is aprofessional with 36 years of extensive experience in Investment Banking, all aspects of Capital Market activities including Broking and Banking operation.

A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising business solutions for accelerating the business growth and expansion, he is well versed with all Legal aspects and Regulatory Guidelines for the Capital Market. He has specific expertise in Foreign Collaboration, Financial Structuring &Advise for the Corporates and HNI Clients. Well travelled in UK,Ireland,USA,  Hongkong, Mauritius and Dubai on business assignments with a good networking with Leading Investment Bankers, Fund Managers and Solicitors in London.
