Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd is a company promoted by Na.Vijayashankar, more popularly known as Naavi. It is today the corporate support base for Naavi's activities centered around Cyber Laws.

Ujvala's activities are spread over the following Six different functional divisions.

Ujvala believes that "Information" is a key asset of the emerging era and Securing Information is a critical need for the society.  Information Security is however incomplete without it being Techno Legal Information Security and Ujvala operates in this frontier area.

Techno Legal Information security being an emerging subject, there is a need for awareness creation and education before related services can become a commercially viable proposition. Accordingly, Ujvala started with the Portal division in 1998, Educational Division in 2000 with other divisions following subsequently.
